Education: Graduated from Marian High School in 1974.
(Something interesting to note: This is the same High School the late Challenger Astronaut Christa McAuliffe attended.)
 
1979 Graduate of Boston Conservatory's Theatre program.
 
Attended Westfield State for one year on track to become a Probation Officer (per her father, retired Judge Anthony DiBuono's wishes) before changing over to Drama studies at the Conservatory. (Good thing she changed her mind!) No wonder she knew how to play Sergeant Pat Tuesday so well though, no?
 
Awards: 1989 Drama Desk Award - Best Actress in a Musical (Forbidden Broadway)
Outer Critic's Circle Award - Best New York Debut of an Actress. 
 
Martial Status: Married to Actor Michael McGrath since 1993, they have one daughter, Kathleen Claire.
